If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The application process was the easiest I have ever done. I avoided trying to finance a car for 6 years because I was turned down every single time, but NOT with Royal Car. Jay was phenomenal, always answered my texts and phone calls. He did what he promised and got me into the EXACT car I wanted. He even shopped around for insurance quotes for me. Not having any down money or a cosigner or a trade in and having not so great credit I thought for sure I would be turned down, but I was not. They offer several programs for all kinds of situations. They treat you with respect, they are down to earth and you can tell they care about their customers. They do not keep you hanging around for hours nor do they rush you out the door. 99% of my deal was done before I even got to the office. I would recommend Royal Car Center to anyone!
